Delete your Wayout account and data

These instructions apply to Calorie Counter by Wayout AI / Счетчик калорий - Wayout AI (referred to as Wayout below), Android package com.wayout.wayout_food. The app is owned and operated by WAYLAB Limited Liability Company (WAYLAB LLC), registered in the Republic of Armenia.

Delete in the app — immediate deletion

1. Open Wayout.
2. Go to Menu → Settings.
3. At the bottom of Settings, select Delete account.
4. Confirm deletion.

Your account and associated data are deleted immediately from Wayout's live databases after confirmation; local chat history is also deleted. Account deletion is permanent for the user; restoration of the account and its content is not available.

Request deletion without the app — by email

You can request deletion even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot open it.

Email info@wayout.fitness. State that you wish to delete your Wayout account and associated personal data, and provide the email linked to your account. If possible, send the request from that email. If you no longer have access to it, tell us; we may take proportionate steps to verify that the account belongs to you.

Do not send your password or full payment details. You do not need to give a reason for deletion.

Email requests are completed within 30 business days of receipt, or sooner where applicable law requires a shorter period. Once deletion is completed, restoration of the account and its content is not available.

Data deleted

We delete your account and associated personal data: your profile, detailed food diary, aggregate nutrition and measurement records, recognised products and stored photographs, dishes created from recipes, and local chat history.

Residual copies of deleted data may remain in Wayout database backups for no more than 30 calendar days after deletion from live databases, after which they are permanently removed. Technical deletion periods for analytics, diagnostic and messaging services are set out in the privacy policy; immediate deletion from Wayout's live databases does not mean immediate physical removal of all copies held by those services.

Where applicable law requires retention of separate records, such as purchase documents for mandatory accounting, we retain only the necessary information for the legally required period. These records are not used to restore the deleted account or diary.

Subscriptions and uninstalling

Uninstalling the app does not itself delete your account or server-side data. Account deletion does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or the App Store. Manage your subscription through the relevant store's settings.
